For those of you working or studying, I know that exercising may take a backseat to other priorities. However, I plan on blogging about lifestyle and wellness tips. I just had my third kiddo. I'm going to tell you all about my fitness journey, regarding getting back into shape and dieting.
On top of nutrition and fitness, I have a huge passion for movies and books. I think behind every healthy body is a healthy mind. Yoga and Pilates are wonderful forms of meditation with movement. I also believe that reading and watching movies, while staying present are other forms of mindfulness.
